The currency I use is USD(Paypal or Ko-fi).

I accept the payment upfront or after a rough sketch or first progress pictures.

I am willing to wait 48h for the payment. If not provided, the commission is likely to be cancelled.

I will only give you a full refund if I myself will not be able to finish your commission. Otherwise, no refunds will be made.

If refund is given, I will have full rights over the order. If you still want the WIP to be considered a partial refund will be issued.

If ordering a physical item then lacking materials purchasable are NON refundable.

Must provide a clear reference.(Non shaded, please, sometimes the design might not be clear just because of that)

Progress will be shown to make sure that you are satisfied with my work.(Make sure that you are before I continue, to make sure that there won't be huge changes to do later on.)

I will ask you to not spam or ask every day for progress. I take it at my own rhythm and it can quickly get annoying for both of us.

I will provide you with progress if asked.

My general turnaround is between 3 days to two months for drawing.

I will ask you to credit me if you are going to post or use my work. Just mentioning my business name is enough.

Do not claim my work as yours(It's incredibly disrespectful to the artist), remove the watermark(s) or use it at your commercial ends(Unless a contract was made).

Don't use my work for any commercial use. It is for personal use only.*(With my art commissions, you'll be able to do prints, stickers, as long as you won't make money off of it. It's just for you to use.)

Without explicit permission, Do not modify my art. Make me aware if you want changes to the drawing and I'll let you know if I can or cannot do the change.

If you want to use it commercially, x10 times of the original price will have to be charged. Or a contract will have to be made.(Then you'll be able to use it for merch, books, stickers and etc) But credit must be still provided.

Do not use my art for anything that concerns AI.
